Welcome to the second issue of the Kalia Modern Eco-Living Newsletter! We
hope you are enjoying our newsletter as much as we enjoy
putting it together for you.
We had a very positive response from the readers of our first
issue and have added some new sections as a result. We’re always

In our Featured Home
section we are introducing Aerie, one of the

to increase. In order for you to lock in current pricing for one year, you
will be required to sign a construction contract and to payoff all

Despite the US and international
economic challenges we all face, April has been a whirlwind month for Kalia! Sales have been brisk with our
recent expansion into France and the European market. Progress continues to
be made on the construction of our first Breeze model in Black Beauty
Village. We have also broken ground on the Lush model in Emerald Woods Village and the
Mist model in Ruby Sky Village. We are making progress every day to bring
the Kalia Modern Eco-Living vision into reality!
