July is here, the sun is out, and summer is in full swing. This is the time of year where we usually start to think about getting away from it all. Most vacations are taken during the month of July, and why not? The weather is great, it’s the halfway point on the calendar and it’s a time to relax, and re-charge in preparation for the second half of the year.
I chose Costa Rica as the country to build the Kalia luxury eco-villages; because I truly believe there is no better place on earth to rejuvenate the soul. There is a reason why Costa Rica is a frequent vacation getaway for everyone from professional athletes, to Hollywood celebrities. I wanted to build in a location that takes advantage of everything this magical place has to offer, all while being environmentally conscious as to not disrupt it’s beautiful landscape.
Our first villages, Black Beauty, Ruby Sky and Emerald Woods, are located near places like Marbella, Playa Azul, and Nosara. These are some of the most spectacular places in all of Costa Rica.
The community of Nosara for instance, is home to some of the most pristine beaches in the entire world, where you can enjoy surfing, sports fishing horseback riding, kayaking, and even snorkeling.
In Marabella, it’s all about choice. You can explore the rainforest one day and relax on the beach the next. Make you own schedule. Enjoy your life.
July may be vacation time, but at Kalia, we are working hard to create a home for you that allows you to feel as though you are on vacation every time you get out of bed.
That’s the “Kalia Lifestyle”, and I want YOU to experience it for yourself. I would love to show you more. After you read the newsletter, please feel free to take a look at some our
models and floor plans.
“Pura Vida…”

With all this expansion, development, and growth several United

“Our
most enjoyable experience during our trip to Black Beauty Village, besides
direct contact with Mother Nature, was meeting an incredible Kalia team
with unconditional enthusiasm and inconceivable vision and passion. The
well organized trip was very relaxing and rejuvenating. It was difficult
to leave.”
