It seems most of us dream of someday owning a vacation home. When talking to people, I found that one the reasons we work so hard, is to make that dream of having a home away from home a reality. When you close your eyes and think about your dream vacation home, what do you see? Do you see a beach or an ocean view? Or perhaps lush greenery and beautiful mountains. Or maybe you just see quite place for you to relax and leave the stress of your day-to-day life behind.

When I close my eyes and think of where wanted my getaway home to be I think of all the above. Which is why I chose Costa Rica as the location to build Kalia Modern Eco-Living our one of a kind ultra modern sustainable destination resort.

What’s great about Costa Rica is in addition to being rich in culture and one of the most beautiful places in the world; it’s also one of the safest places to purchase. It has a very low cost of living, a stable government, strong economy, favorable taxes, and low crime-rate. It’s the perfect place to own a home.

So when I close my eyes what do I see? I see relaxation, unparalleled beauty, and stability, I see Kalia.

Kalia Supports Green Wave at LA Earth Dance Event

This month Kalia participated in the first LA Earthdance fund raising event put on by Janine Johnson, founder of Beau Monde Realty and Investments and Green Wave Enterprises.
